how would you answer: how can you bulid up one's self confidence?
Accept your flaws and focus on what you like about yourself. If there's something that you don't like about yourself that you have the power to improve on do so, if not, accept it and keep it moving. Oh, and stop worrying about what other ppl think, cause in reality they have their own lives to live and aren't really concerned with you all that much.

No I didn't watch it but I intend to.
I have a problem. i'm convinced i'm pregnant, and I don't know what to do, i haven't told my man yet, i'm still young i'm not sure im ready to keep it, but i don't want to feel like i've murdered my baby...what do i do?
There are a lot of things to things to consider when it comes to having/aborting a child so what I recommend you do is talk to your boyfriend and come up with a solution together as it is his child as well and both your lives will be affected.
